034 UDS Support Coming to Our Custom Gauge Platform

We’re currently building full support for live UDS data polling from 034Motorsport-tuned ECUs into our ESP32-based 5” and 7” gauge displays.

Why This Matters

034 ECUs expose a rich set of real-time performance data via UDS — but it’s locked behind diagnostic protocol layers that most generic CAN gauges can’t reach. Our goal is to natively support that UDS stream, cleanly and safely, without interfering with OEM modules or tuning tools.

What We're Working On

We’re actively reverse-engineering and validating:

• 034’s UDS handshake + session init
• Safe polling intervals (no timeout or DoS risk)
• Gauge-side parser for boost, IAT, ignition, lambda, and more
• Support across multiple ECU configs and platforms

Current Status

• 🔄 UDS session and multi-frame support complete
• 🔍 Testing polling intervals for stability alongside SPI app
• 📊 UI integration and signal mapping in progress
• 💬 Compatibility testing across 034 Stage 1/2 tunes underway

What It Will Do

Once complete, our gauge will:

• Pull live data directly from your 034 ECU
• Display core performance metrics in real time
• Work alongside your SPI app, OBDeleven, or VCDS
• Require no coding, no patching, and no risk to your tune
